Salem Woman Indicted On Credit Card, Theft Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Man, facing dozens of sexual assault, child abuse images, indicted on new charges in Nottingham, Salem; thief indicted on new theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

James Thomas Coe, 23, of Back Road in Danville, on two felony counts of assaults by prisoners. He was accused of striking a corrections officer in the head and hand on March 17 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Alexander Christopher Colbath, 26, of Upland Street in Manchester, on nine counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images, six counts of felonious sexual assault, and four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting and recording girls in Nottingham on Dec. 12, 2022, May 3, 2023, and July 30, 2025, and a boy in Nottingham on March 19, 2025. He was also accused of recording and sexually assaulting a girl in Salem on April 21, 2024, and March 9.

Logan James Coudriet, 24, of Nathaniel Brown Drive in Fremont, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 6 in Fremont.

Melissa Beth Daigle, 51, of Trailer Home Drive in Salem, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking and three credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. She was accused of stealing credit/debit cards from two people in Salem on Feb. 20 and Feb. 22.

Robert Davis, 56, of First New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood, on falsifying physical evidence, tampering with witnesses and informants charges, and 10 sex offender-duty to inform charges, all felonies, as well as three endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was accused of failing to give online identifiers on TextNow, Steam, a Gmail email address, Roblox, and Kik to Northwood police on Dec. 3, 2025, and Davis was accused of giving a child MDMA on Jan. 25, failing to seek medical attention on March 2, and giving the drug again to the child on March 18. On March 15, He was accused of concealing MDMA to impair an investigation. Three days later, Davis was accused of attempting to get a child to withhold testimony in Northwood.

Matthew Devito, 24, of Cortland Street in Londonderry, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a screwdriver, stating, "I'll gut you like a fish" or words to that effect and striking her in the face, causing her to lose sight in one eye for an extended period of time, on May 7 in Londonderry.

Joshua David Devoe, 29, of North Main Street in Derry, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl on Oct. 22, 2025, in Derry.

Carter Rains Duncan, 29, of Jetty Lane in Londonderry, on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 30 in Londonderry.

Justin Michael Dunkavich, 37, of Colby Lane in Pelham, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to steal a catalytic converter in Hampstead on Feb. 26. Previously, according to the indictment, Dunkavich was convicted of theft twice.

David John Rizzo, 51, of Pigeon Lane in Fremont, on failure to register online identifiers and failure to register charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to register with Fremont and failing to register a Facebook account on Feb. 26.

Julie Ann Sallies, 47, of Somerville Street in Manchester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy's at the Rockingham Mall in Salem on Feb. 21. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft.
