Another NH Fugitive Caught Early
Kevin Bosworth was being sought by the Merrimack County Sheriff's Office for failing to appear on drug smuggling, possession charges.

Once again, even before releasing this week’s Fugitive of the Week to the media, he was caught early by U.S. Marshals, according to a press statement.
Kevin Bosworth, 37, was arrested in Allenstown on Nov. 12, after investigators began to research the case and thought he might be on Ferry Street in that town or in Franklin, where he previously lived. This morning, several U.S. Marshals from the task force went to the Allenstown residence attempting to locate Bosworth. A family member reportedly greeted the marshals and allowed them to take custody of Bosworth who was allegedly hiding in bathroom.
“Bosworth heard task force officers searching and closing in on his location,” according to the statement, “at which time Bosworth exited the bathroom with his hands up and stated ‘I’m right here, you got me!’ Bosworth was arrested without further incident and transported to the Merrimack County Jail, where he will be held pending his initial court appearance on the outstanding arrest warrant.”
