Arrest Leads to Guilty Willful Concealment Plea

Salem Police Log: Salem woman, a shoplifting convict, is arrested again and Lowell man charged with harassment and criminal threatening.

Kerrin L. Lebrasseur, 27, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2015, for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions. She was arrested a Lowes on South Broadway and then later, transported to Holiday Family.

Raymond C. Coan, 29, of Sutherland Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on Nov. 10, for harassment and criminal threatening. He turned himself in on a warrant.

Bryan T. Cashman, 30, of Westford Road in Tyngsborough, MA, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Nov. 12, on two counts of willful concealment, a bench warrant, and a warrant from an outside agency. He was arrested on w arrant and transported to court for arraignment where he pled guilty. Cashman was then transported to the Middlesex House of Corrections in Billerica.

Nathaniel A. Marquez, 32, of Colwell Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. on Nov. 12, for possession of controlled drug (heroin/crack), possession of a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hashish). Police were sent to the Irving gas station on North Broadway for an employee reporting possible drug activity involving a vehicle with Mass. plates in the parking lot. Inside were two men and a woman and the employee alleged seeing a hypodermic needle. Marquez was later arrested and released on personal recognizance bail.

William Burns, 28, of Long Drive in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Nov. 12, for possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence. Police were sent to Brook Village on Cluff Crossing Road for a suspicious activity call involving a vehicle parked near the mailboxes. “The caller stated that the male has been in and out of his vehicle the past two hours just walking around,” according to the report. Burns was later arrested and released on personal recognizance bail.
