Another Heat Wave is Likely

After a brief break from the hot weather, we will be heating up once again.

Today will be the coolest of the next seven to 10 days, with high temperatures only in the low-to-mid-70s today.

By tomorrow, temperatures will warm into the 80s with a westerly wind developing. Humidity levels will remain fairly low throughout the day as well.

Another "heat wave" is possible from Friday through Sunday. With high temperatures between 90 and 95 degrees each day, the heat will not be as intense as it was last week when highs approached 100.

The most humid days of the stretch will likely be Friday and Sunday, when dew points may be in the mid 60s.

A few scattered thunderstorms are also possible both of those days.
