No Farms No Food
All our vendors at the Salem Farmers Market are the producers of all the products brought to the Market. Come and meet the producers.
The message is simple and couldn't be more clear—America's farms provide an unparalleled abundance of fresh, healthy and local food, but they are rapidly disappearing.
Ninety-one percent of America’s fruit and 78 percent of our vegetables are grown near metro regions, where they are in the path of development. And every hour we lose 125 acres of farm and ranch land. That's why supporting local food and farms is more important than ever!
We are fortunate to have a Farmers Market right here in Salem where we gather each week local farms and vendors bringing you the harvest from their fields along with made in New Hampshire products.

"A dollar spent on food from a local farm buys more than just groceries. In addition to sustenance, real nutrition and good flavor, it also buys vibrant rural communities, food security, and confidence in your food supply."
