SHS Student Council and AFJROTC Join Forces
Two of the largest SHS organizations get together for the victims of the April 12 shooting
We all know of the terrible tragedy that shook our State last night when five police officers were shot in Greenland, N.H .while issuing a drug warrant.
On Friday April 13, Cadets of Salem High AFJROTC and Representatives of Salem High's Student Council worked together to collect change from students at lunch. What started off as a random act of kindness soon turned into someing much larger, and by the end of the four lunches, $194.30 was raised.
The collection will continue through Monday and Tuesday of next week, and any donation will be greatly appreciated. Please encourage your children to donate as much as you can, and if you feel so obliged, feel free to send in money or checks (made out to Salem High School) to the following address: Salem High School Attn: Student Council/AFJROTC 44 Geremonty Drive Salem, NH 03079.

We understand as times are tough that donating will be hard for some. To accommodate this, leadership of both organizations will quickly look into other ways the Salem community can benefit the victims of this terrible crime.
