Derry Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on Hampton stolen SUV, Airsoft case; Maine man indicted on reckless conduct charges; Newmarket man faces strangulation charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Thomas Frederick Adams, 45, of Nutmeadow Lane in Derry on a felony possession of naloxone and-or buprenorphine charge in Windham on Aug. 11.
Francis R. Alix, 66, of Hillside Lane in Newmarket on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on Sept. 5 in Newmarket.

Caleb Joseph Andrews, 25, of Lake Street in Webster, Massachusetts, on criminal mischief and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2019 Ford Explorer and seven Airsoft rifles from Hampton on Aug. 15, while also damaging the bumper of a vehicle.
Kimberly A. Belanger, 44, of Playcamp Road in Salem on theft by deception and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of selling a stolen ring to New Hampshire Pawn Brokers on June 23 in Salem.

Craig Richard Bothen, 39, of Central Street in Westbrook, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Stratham on July 1.
Joseph Bowie, 35, of Washington Avenue in Portland, ME, on possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges, both felonies, in North Hampton. He was accused of acting in concert with Jaimee Shaffer and Richard Lahey to distribute the drugs on April 16, 2022, according to the indictment.
Ashley M. Brown, 33, of Centennial Street in Seabrook on possession of amphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of clonazepam, and possession of para-fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix charges, all felonies, in Kingston on Oct. 2, 2022.
Tumerrick J. Brown, 23, of Michigan Avenue in Penacook on a felony conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working with Pandora Vasquez and two others to steal items from Target in Salem on Sept. 19, 2022.
Jeffrey P. Burrows, 32, of Mason Road in Brookline on possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl and-or para-fluorofentanyl, and possession of naloxone and-or buprenorphine charges, all felonies, in Epping on June 29.
Laba Fall, 39, of Scott Avenue in Hooksett on possession of meth with intent to sell and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, in Salem on April 17.
Emil Henry Girard, 24, of Bar Mills Road in Hollis Center, ME, on receiving stolen property and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving at more than 100 mph in a stolen 2018 Nissan Rogue on Interstate 95, Route 16, and-or the Portsmouth traffic circle and Hampton on May 14.
Sean Frank Guarino Sr., 32, of Phillip Road in Derry on two domestic violence-criminal threatening and two criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a pistol at two family or household members in Derry on June 19, waving it around, saying, “I’m going to snap and f------ kill us,” or words to that effect.
