Accused Fentanyl Dealers From Goffstown, Loudon Indicted: Roundup
Teen indicted on gun, robbery charges; Bedford man accused of threatening cop with a gaffing hook; Merrimack woman accused of burglary.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2019.
Michael P. Allen, 42, of Lafayette Road in North Hampton, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on July 2 in Hampton.
Brian E. Ayer, 54, of Bumfagon Road in Loudon, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to dispense-subsequent charge on April 16 in Londonderry. He has been convicted previously, according to the indictment.

Ashley Arden Barkas, 25, pictured upper left, of North Main Street in Rochester, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 2 in Brentwood.
Kyle Basoukas, 26, lower middle, of Old Sawmill Road in Bedford, on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge, a gaffing hook. He's accused of swinging the hook at a Portsmouth police officer while yelling "get the f--- off my boat" or words to that effect on Aug. 19.

Rudys Bautista, 43, of Cypress Avenue in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Bautista is accused of taking unauthorized control of more than $1,500 worth of merchandise at the Lowe's in Salem between March 14 and April 18.
Kimberly A. Belanger, 40, lower right, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She's accused of burglarizing a home on Bay Road in Newmarket and removing more than $1,500 in currency from the home.
Christian L. Browne, 33, upper middle, of McFarland Road in Goffstown, on possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine-subsequent and two possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl-with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent charges, all felonies, on Feb. 23 in Exeter. He has been convicted on one or more prior offenses, according to the indictment.
Steven V. Cabrera, 25, of Bromfield Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on attempted burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies, as well as a misdemeanor false report to law enforcement charge. He's accused of stealing $1,400 from a bank deposit bag from Louis Pizza in Plaistow on May 15, attempting to burglarize the building on May 25, and giving false information to police on May 26.
Tyler R. Cahill, 19, lower left, of Wells Village Road in Sandown, on possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute, accomplice to robbery, and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He's accused of being in possession of the marijuana and pointing a gun at another person while trying to rob that person on Aug. 28 in Salem. The court accused Cahill of acting in concert with and aided by Domenic V. Vitello during the incident.
