Derry Man Indicted On 3 Methamphetamine Sale Charges: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Vinh Tan Ngo, 38, of Cornell Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on felony second-degree assault and simple assault charges. He was accused of throwing a beer bottle at another person in Salem on Aug. 27, 2023, causing a nasal bone fracture.

James Phillip Nolet, 43, of Forest Street in Methuen, MA, on obstruct government administration and two felony possession of controlled drug, crack cocaine and buprenorphine, charges in Salem on Jan. 26. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on other offenses.

Seth A. Nyberg, 30, of Laraway Court in Derry on three felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charges, on Dec. 9, 2023, and Jan. 10 and Feb. 23, 2023, in Salem.

Kevin J. O’Leary, 31, of Islington Street in Portsmouth on criminal mischief-extended term of imprisonment and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of damaging lights at Temple Israel, a crime of hostility toward a religion, in Portsmouth on April 8.

Lisa Patchell, 50, of Harrison Road in Naples, Maine, on three felony possession of controlled drug, fentanyl and cocaine mix, alprazolam, and fentanyl, charges, in Salem on Jan. 8.

Nashai Ahrayahalla Pires, 30, of Cherry Street in Quincy, MA, on possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, and a resisting arrest or detention count in Seabrook on March 12. She was accused of grabbing a baggie of drugs and refusing to hand it over to an officer.

Angel D. Plata Valdez, 34, of Beech Street in Manchester on possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl-parafluorofentanyl, possession of cocaine with intent to dispense, and possession of fentanyl-parafluorofentanyl with intent to dispense charges, all felonies, in Londonderry on Jan. 14, 2022.

Nicole E. Plummer, 33, of Gershome Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of using her vehicle as a weapon on Interstate 93 south in the wrong direction in Salem on Feb. 12.

Zachary Daniel Poulin, 38, of Drinkwater Road in Exeter on a felony possession of fentanyl-parafluorofentanyl charge on Sept. 12, 2023, in Nottingham.

Milagros Quiles, 48, of Knox Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of threatening another person with physical force during a theft incident at Walmart in Salem on March 5.

Xaviel De Jesus Rodriguez Torres, 28, of Essex Street in Paterson, New Jersey, on a felony receiving stolen property-conspiracy charge. He was accused of agreeing with Estuary Lanfranco, Virgilio Ceballo Arias, and another person to control a stolen 2022 Honda CR-V in Salem on March 20.
