Arizona Man Indicted On A Reckless Conduct-Deadly Weapon Charge: Court Roundup

Plus: Lowell, Mass., man indicted on burglary charge; Exeter, Meredith women face perjury charges; NY men indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Ronald Eugene Brillon Jr., 28, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary charge. In concert with Adriel Baez, he burglarized a Maple Avenue structure in Plaistow on Nov. 17, 2023, according to the indictment.

Michael James Brun Jr., 27, of Wells Village Road in Sandown on felony habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of driving on Danville Road in Kingston on May 15 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and giving police a false name.

Jonathan Camacho, 34, of Coburn Road in Derry on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on East Broadway in Derry after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on Jan. 8.

Kimberly L. Canfield, 50, of High Street in Exeter on a felony perjury charge. She falsely stated she did not know where artwork belonging to a man was or located when she sold the artwork he was referencing during a proceeding on June 30, 2022, in Brentwood.

Erik B. Jenkins, 23, of East Prescott Road in Chandler, Arizona, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle in the wrong direction on Route 101 in Hampton on Sept. 15, 2023, and putting others in danger.

Konstantinos Kalos, 32, of Abbey Court in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. He worked in concert with Vito Cascio and-or Maria Kalos to exercise unauthorized control over Arlo Security Camera and Ecobee thermostats from Best Buy in Newington on March 24, 2019, according to the incident.

Estuary Lanfranco, 28, of Reservoire East in the Bronx, New York, on receiving stolen property and concealing identity of a vehicle charges, both felonies. He agreed with Virgilio Ceballo Arias, E.G., and Xaviel Rodriguez Torres to retain another person’s Honda CR-V and defaced the VIN on March 20 in Salem.

Kristen R. Laura, 41, of True Road in Meredith on a felony bail jumping charge. She was accused of failing to appear in Salem District Court on a drug arraignment after being released on bail on Feb. 12.

Maurice N. Lavallee, 26, of Leelynn Circle in Londonderry on two theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing jewelry from a woman in Rye on Sept. 15, 2023, and stealing rings, watches, and a pendant from two people on Oct. 20, 2023, in Rye.

Justin Lefebvre, 41, of Steven Way in Litchfield on two possession of a controlled drug charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix on Dec. 20, 2023, in Derry.
