Derry Woman Arrested for DUI After Crash: Log
Salem Police: More alleged Bay State shoplifters arrested, teens in trouble, and Chelmsford and Dracut men face driving charges.

SALEM, NH — Emma L. Valenzi, 27, of Warren Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2016, for willful concealment. She turned herself in on an active warrant and was released on personal recognizance bail.

A 16-year-old girl was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged shoplifting incident at JCPenny at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Michael Williams, 29, of Algonquin Road in Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 6:42 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, for conduct after an accident and reckless operation. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance bail.
Rachel P. Call, 45, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance bail.

Amber D. Carlow, 25, of Chestnut Hill Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at Salem District Court and released on $250 cash bail.
A 17-year-old girl was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for possession of marijuana. She was arrested on Stanwood Road.
Antonio D. Robinson, 28, of Tennis Plaza in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and false report of a motor vehicle accident. Police were called to a business on Northeaster Boulevard for a report of a hit-and-run with damage. While heading to the call, dispatch received other calls about a small, dark vehicle losing control into a front yard on Lowell Road, leaving debris and glass. The vehicle took off on Route 38, according to the report. The vehicle reportedly crashed in Pelham, too. Robinson was later arrested.
Kimberly Innes, 20, of Headland Way in Medford, MA, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Chelsea Dumais, 24, of Taylor Brook Lane in Derry, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for DUI-impairment after a crash on Cluff Road. Dumais allegedly struck a utility pole. She was released on personal recognizance bail.
