Elderly Windham Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Brian J. Stickney, 28, of Mill Road in Derry, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on March 7, 2017, on two counts of theft by deception. He turned himself in to police on a warrant.

A person was arrested on a shoplifting charge at 6:07 p.m. on March 7, 2016, at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

An overdose was reported at 12:20 p.m. on March 7, 2017, at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane.

Joshua M. Klecan, 27, of Shore Drive in Salem, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2017, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant.

Eduardo Loch, 18, of Union Avenue in Framingham, MA, was charged at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was cited after police were sent to the Ninety-Nine Restaurant on South Broadway for a report of a crash without injury. The vehicle was later moved to the Barnes & Noble lot.

Three were investigated at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2017, after a caller reported kids allegedly smoking pot at the end Bounty Court Extension.

Adrian S. Gilbert, 32, of Bullfinch Drive in Andover, MA, was charged and released on a summons for theft by deception and false report to law enforcement at 8:55 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017. He turned himself in on a warrant.

John Malpiedi Sr., 72, of Lowell Road in Windham, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, on two counts of indecent exposure/gross lewdness. He turned himself in on a warrant.

David M. Sott, 56, of Brookdale Road in Salem, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and unsworn falsification. He turned himself in to police on a warrant.

Sean M. O’Connell, 34, of Maplewood Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, on a robbery charge, two bench warrants, two warrants from an outside agency, and a fugitive warrant. He was arrested a police headquarters.

Jordan C. Pappalardo, 22, of Stage Road in Hampstead, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, for stalking-domestic violence and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant.

Jolercy M. Ramirez, 22, of Hawley Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking. He was arrested on a warrant.
