Former NH Fugitive from Epping Fails to Pay Restitution: Sheriffs
Plus, Concord man arrested on stolen property and theft charges, Raymond teen arrested on drug charge, and alleged Salem forger charged.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham Sheriff’s Department.
Sara A. Fitzgerald, 26, of West Central Street in Franklin, was arrested on Oct. 21, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing for possession of Tramadol and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a bail jumping charge.

Michael A. Masterson Jr., 28, of Railroad Avenue in Epping, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on a burglary charge.
Brent R. Berube, 32, of Crest Road in Somersworth, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a fentanyl charge.

Keith R. Dame, 40, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for four counts of receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for three counts of theft by deception.
Shannon N. Presutti, 38, of Church Street in Salem, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a forgery of checks charge.
Dana Frauton, 26, of Railroad Avenue in Newmarket, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation, new hope, on a heroin possession charge.
Christian Cotter, 18, of Moulton Street in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2016, for controlled drug-possession of marijuana.
