Free NH Grown Produce For Salem Seniors On Sept. 12

Eating Healthy......and for Free!

SALEM, NH — Rockingham County seniors can receive free New Hampshire-grown produce from the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, at United Methodist Church on Pleasant Street in Salem. Seniors can also receive recipe ideas and tips on how to prepare and store fresh fruit and vegetables from NH Extension Nutrition Connections.

Seniors from Rockingham County not already enrolled in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program who want to participate in Farmers' Market should call Southern New Hampshire Services/Rockingham Community Action at 1-800-256-9880 for more information.
