Hampstead Man Accused Of Shooting Gun At Danville Cop: Superior Court Roundup

Newmarket, Londonderry men indicted on gun threat charge; NY man indicted on robbery charge; Seabrook thief indicted on new theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Robert Harold Boulter Jr., 52, of Oldham Road in Hampstead, on attempted first-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of loading a rifle or long gun at a Danville police officer and pulling the trigger on March 18, 2024, in Hampstead.

Wallace E. Butler II, 40, of Powell Street in Brooklyn, New York, on robbery and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of using force to steal merchandise from HomeSense in Salem on Sept. 12, 2024. Butler acted individually or in concert with Shanda C. Campbell during the incident, according to the indictment.

Nathan Charles Calabrese, 46, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, on robbery and two operating after certification as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on North Broadway Street in Salem on Oct. 7, 2024, and Dec. 4, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender in December 2023. Calabrese used force to steal merchandise from the Home Depot in Salem on Dec. 5, 2024, according to the indictment.

Andrea N. Callis, 50, of Portland Street in Rochester, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 17, 2024, in Epping.

Shannon Lee Chiasson, 33, of West Pearl Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on July 13, 2024, in Salem.

James Thomas Coe, 22, of Back Road in Danville, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching a corrections officer in the face on Dec. 16, 2024, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Richard Dana Currie, 62, of Stokes Road in Londonderry, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two felon in possession of a firearm charges-a Remington Magnum 870 shotgun and a Thompson .50 caliber Renegade rifle, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a shotgun inside his home while under the influence and pointing a firearm at children on Nov. 30, 2024, in Londonderry. Currie is a felon due to a burglary conviction in May 1981 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Murdoc Jones, 30, of Shanda Drive in Newmarket, on domestic violence and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at an intimate partner in Newmarket on Oct. 31, 2024.

Lester Luis Jova Rodriguez, 35, of Park Avenue in North Bergen, New Jersey, on falsifying physical evidence, two theft by unauthorized taking, and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of diesel from Irving with intent to resell or distribute on Nov. 18, 2024, in Epping.

Tara Ellen King, 40, of Cimarron Drive in Seabrook, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Newington on Aug. 24, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.

Chelsea L. Langton, 37, of Bridge Street in Union, on possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer and driving under the influence. She was accused of driving on Route 125 while intoxicated and providing a false name to Epping police on Nov. 7, 2024. Langton was accused of concealing the meth in her buttocks to impair an investigation.
