Haverhill Man Indicted On Knife Threat, Assault Charges: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Timothy P. See, 41, of Elizabeth Lane in Salem, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 30, 2019, in Salem.

Shawn D. Shea Jr., 26, of Tannery Lane in Lebanon, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, cocaine on May 21 in Salem.

Joseph Allen Souza II, pictured right, 38, of Columbia Park in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on second-degree assault and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He's accused of brandishing a knife and cutting another person with it on May 10 in Plaistow. Souza, a registered sex offender, was convicted of lewd assault and sexual battery on a victim under 16 in Seminole, Florida, in May 1998.

Lauren A. Sweeney, 37, of Executive Park Drive in Merrimack, on a felony issuing bad checks charge. Between Feb. 11 and March 15, she's accused of issuing checks from a business drawn on a Salem bank account for $2,579.

Sayra Miguelina Ramirez Cruz, 30, aka Valeria Vanessa Cartagena Toro, 24, of Observatory Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on a felony conspiracy to commit acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. She's accused of selling the drug to another person in Massachusetts with the person being in possession of the drug in Plaistow.

Derek Webster, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony forgery charge. On May 15, in Salem, he's accused of uttering a check to defraud a company's bank account at Citizens Bank.

Edson Wilson, 42, upper left, of Eastern Avenue in Augusta, Maine, on a possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense charge on June 15 in Portsmouth.

Cory A. Baughman, 28, lower left, with a last known address of Molly Philbrick Road in Effingham, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, heroin on April 23 in Epping.

Bradley Baxter, 35, with a last known address of Molly Philbrick Road in Effingham, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, heroin on April 23 in Epping.

Raiden Richard Bento-Wittman, 18, of Williams Circle in Stratham, on a felony reckless conduct and DUI charges. On Aug. 26, he's accused of driving a Honda CR-V on Route 101 in Exeter as a deadly weapon, into oncoming traffic.

Steven Berry, 56, of Wells Road in Salem, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-hydrocodone, oxycodone charges on June 27 in Salem.
