Salem Police: Boston woman arrested for criminal liability and a Manchester man was arrested for DUI, ID theft, and many other charges.

SALEM, NH — Nykole Chyna Tellado, 22, of South Broadway in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on June 20, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking (less than $1,000). She was arrested on a warrant and arraigned.

A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were arrested at 1:45 p.m. on June 20, 2016, for possession of controlled drug-marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams. They were arrested behind a building on Oakridge Avenue.

Brian K. Hand, 42, of Lucille Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on June 21, 2016, for credit card fraud (less than $1,000). He turned himself in on a warrant.
Alexis Larosa, 48, of Huntington Avenue in Boston, MA, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on June 21, 2016, for hindering apprehension or prosecution and criminal liability for the conduct of another. She turned herself in on a warrant.

Doreen Scolastico, 54, of Colonial Drive in Andover, MA, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on June 21, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Jenna Whalen, 30, of Hamilton Lane in Salem, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on June 22, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. A loss prevention employee alleged that a woman with a small child had shoplifted merchandise and then left the store. She then was seen at an Infiniti in the TJ Maxx parking lot. Police charged Whalen and she was released on a summons.
Efrain V. Perez, 33, of Wilson Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:46 a.m. on June 23, 2016, for DUI (second or third offense), disobeying a police officer, false report to law enforcement, identity fraud, yellow/solid line violation, open container, four counts of unsown falsification, possession of a license required, and operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He was arrested on a warrant.
Leon Harper, 33, of East 10th Street in NY, NY, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on May 21, 2016, for credit card fraud ($1,000 to $1,500 or two priors), resisting arrest or detention, theft by deception ($1,000 to $1,500), and driving prohibitions. He was arrested at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Cluff Crossing Road after police were called to the store for a man who was using “multiple credit cards and IDs.” The man fled the scene but police caught up with him after he jumped a fence near the Boulevard. Harper was held.
Shannon A. Sahovey, 34, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on May 21, 2016, on a warrant from Derry Police. She was arrested after police were sent to Lowell Road and Trolley Lane for multiple reports of a man and woman “yelling at each other.” She was released to Derry Police.
Janis A. Daigle, 38, of Dulgarian Terrace in Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on May 31, 2016, for theft by deception (less than $1,000). She was arrested on a warrant.
A 15-year-old was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on May 31, 2016, for criminal mischief on Mulberry Road.
Raymon M. Cooper, 22, of Sherborn Court in Medford, MA, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on May 31, 2016, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. He turned himself in on a warrant.
