Lane Closure at I-93 Exit 2 Tonight
NHDOT says construction will be taking place on new I-93 interchange bridges.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces night work associated with the construction of the new I-93 Exit 2 Interchange bridges in Salem.
Weather permitting, work to install new guardrail approaching and departing the existing I-93 northbound bridge at Exit 2 will occur on Sunday, September 23, 2012. This night work will take place from approximately 9:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Construction operations will require traffic on Interstate 93 northbound to be reduced to one lane utilizing a right lane closure. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.
This work is part of the $40.9 million I-93 widening and reconstruction project in the vicinity of Exit 2. The general contractor is George R. Cairns & Sons, Inc. of Windham, New Hampshire.
