Lawrence Man Arrested On Cocaine, Fentanyl Sale Charges: Salem Cop Log
Plus: Exeter woman arrested on endangerment, assault charges; Methuen woman faces conduct after charge; Mass. man charged with DUI.
SALEM, NH — Luis Miguel Arias Urbaez, 29, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2025, on controlled drug: sale-cocaine, controlled drug: sale-heroin/crack, and five controlled drug: sale-fentanyl charges. He was arrested after an initiated drug offense incident on Lancelot Court.
Jacqueline Escobar Arevalo, 20, of Spruce Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on Feb. 3 on conduct after an accident, operating without a valid license, and false report to law enforcement charges. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.
Erica J. Ghelfi, 35, of Brookside Drive in Exeter, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Feb. 3 on simple assault and endangering welfare of a child charges. She was arrested on a warrant.

Daniel Johnson, 50, of Penacook Terrace in Merrimack, was arrested at 7:01 a.m. on Feb. 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after police received a report of an erratic driver at Klemms Mobil gas station on Mall Road who was accused of almost hitting a pump while driving. Police checked the area but were unable to find the vehicle. Later, it was found at Klemms on Pleasant Street and the driver was arrested. He was released on personal recognizance.
Christian Dejesus Veras-Rosario, 31, of Royal Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on Feb. 3 on a driving under the influence charge. Police were sent to the area of Lawrence Road and Main Street for a report of a driving “continuously stopping in the middle of the roadway,” according to a police report. Officers stopped the vehicle and the driver was arrested, bailed on personal recognizance, and released to a sober party.

Roland Everett Boucher III, 44, of Hanover Street in Manchester, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on Jan. 29 on loitering or prowling and two disorderly conduct charges. At 9:49 p.m., police received a call about a man “acting strangely” at the Tuscan Kitchen at Via Toscana. The man was an issue earlier in the day, was asked to leave, and left, police said. About an hour later, a caller reported a man tried to get into a running vehicle that was not his, police said. The man, who was from the previous call, was arrested and later, released on personal recognizance.
Daniel Hartnett, 69, of Joy Street in Springvale, Maine, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on Jan. 29 on a falsifying physical evidence charge. He was arrested at the Seasons Corner Market on South Broadway.
Jeremy Jaime, 20, of East Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on Jan. 29 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and three theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on bail.
Kimberly M. Shepard, 45, of South Street in Manchester, was arrested on a warrant by an outside agency at 7:39 p.m. on Jan. 29 at the M&N Borderline Discount store on South Broadway. The warrant was out of Hillsborough County.
Jesus G. Mandes, 33, of Bradford Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on Jan. 29 on a warrant from an outside agency. He was arrested at Salem District Court. The warrant was from Plaistow police.
