Man Indicted on Alleged Knife Murder Threat, Assault Charges: Roundup

Plus, Portsmouth man indicted for insurance fraud, Salem habitual offender indicted on charges, and numerous drug indictments.

KINGSTON, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Shane Eisener, 41, of Prescott Street in Sanford, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly on May 12, 2016, in Seabrook.

Ryan Emery, 30, of Fairway Drive in Salem, for felony operating after being deemed a habitual offender, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-THC, four counts of false inspection/registration sticker, and two counts of misuse or failure to display plates. He was allegedly caught driving on June 30, 2016, on Adams Pond Road in Derry.

Heather Epling, 24, of Exeter Street in Newmarket, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and driving after revocation or suspension, allegedly on April 16, 2016, after a traffic stop in Newmarket. She was previously convicted of operating after suspension in Brentwood District Court in 2015.

David Figueroa, 30, of White Street in Lawrence, MA, for three counts of theft by deception ($1,501+), theft by deception (under $1,000), two counts of credit card fraud ($1,501+), and credit card fraud (under $1,000). The charges stem from alleged incidents at Best Buy in Salem on April 28, April 29, May 1, and May 12, 2016.

William F. Fitzpatrick, 43, of Perkins Avenue in Malden, MA, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and criminal trespass. On March 11, 2016, he allegedly removed Taylor Made golf clubs from The Sports Authority in Salem. Fitzpatrick was previously convicted of willful concealment in Salem Circuit Court in August 2014 and theft in Milford Circuit Court in August 2014.

Wayne Flemings, 49, of Sydney Street in Dorchester, MA, for six felony counts of receiving stolen property. In April and May of this year, he allegedly pawned items belonging to someone else at New Hampshire PawnBrokers. Flemings was convicted of larceny and receiving stolen property in June 2009 in Essex Superior Court in Massachusetts.

Christifirr Gagne, 23, of Rockingham Road in Derry, for felony domestic violence, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal threatening. On March 15, 2016, in Derry, he allegedly held a knife to the throat of a person he was intimate with and threatened to cut their throat. He also allegedly kicked and dragged the person, as well as struck them with a bottle to the head. The next day, Gagne allegedly threatened to murder the person, according to the indictment.

Tamara Giuffrida, 45, of Mundy Lane in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-morphine, marijuana, one count a felony, after an alleged incident on July 30, 2015, in Derry.

Tyler Griffin, 27, of State Street in Portsmouth, for felony insurance fraud. In July 2015, in Portsmouth, he allegedly defrauded Progressive Insurance out of more than $1,500 stating that his Nissan had been in a collision when the vehicle had been damaged prior to his policy terms.
