Manchester Woman Arrested On Drug, False Report Charges: Salem Cop Log

SALEM, NH — Omayra Morales, 35, of Hall Street in Manchester was arrested at 10:51 p.m. on July 11, 2023, on disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, unsworn falsification, three false report to law enforcement, and two possession of controlled drugs-subsequent charges as well as a display false inspection-registration sticker. Manchester police arrested her on a Salem warrant.

Rafael Pamphile, 36, of Cedar Street in Manchester was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on July 11 on a possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge. He was arrested by New Hampshire Probation and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Kylie M. Somley, 35, of Clifton Avenue in Salem was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on July 8 on domestic violence-simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to Clifton Avenue for a report of a domestic incident. A woman was reportedly intoxicated and taken into protective custody and charged. She was released later on personal recognizance and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

George L. Leavitt IV, 48, of Palomino Road in Salem was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on July 1 on two domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to the home for a domestic incident. A woman accused a man of being physical but left. Leavitt was arrested later and released on personal recognizance.

Kevin Gilberto Gonzalez Perez, 29, of Lawrence Road in Salem received a summons at 12:13 p.m. on July 1 on an operating without a valid license charge. He was charged after a motor vehicle stop at Main Street and Lincoln Terrace.

Luis Martinez, 27, of Stanton Christiana Road in Newark, Delaware, was cited at 6:23 a.m. on July 1 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane.

Abdulelah Sameer Faden, 30, of Ashford Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia, received a summons at 1:30 a.m. on July 1 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges. He was charged after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street near Mattress Firm.

Dana Denapoli, 45, of Goldfinch Drive in Pelham was arrested at 10:19 a.m. on June 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Shadow Lake Road.

Melvin Martinez, 21, of Hampshire Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, received a summons at 12:49 a.m. on June 27 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop at McKinnon’s on North Broadway Street.
