Mass. Man Arrested For DUI, Other Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Two male juveniles – 14 and 15 – were arrested at 7:06 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, on willful concealment charges after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Brian Hoyt, 44, of Fremont Road in Sandown, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, for theft by deception – $1,501+. He turned himself in on a warrant.

Todd A. Baker, 46, of Spring Street in Salem, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for criminal mischief. He was arrested on a warrant on Spring Street. Victoria J. Kennedy, 22, of Keewaydin Drive in Salem, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for forgery and issuing bad checks – under $1,000. She was arrested on a warrant at the La Quinta Inn.

Sebastian L. Caradonna, 71, of Hume Avenue in Medford, MA, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for theft of lost or mislaid property – $1,501+. He was arrested on a warrant.

Two 15-year-olds were arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, on willful concealment charges after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Brandon Ortiz, 20, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, on a theft by deception charge – $1,501+. He was arrested on a warrant and released on a summons.

Kevin M. Muiruri, 27, of Bodwell Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, reckless operation, open container, and stop/stand/parking prohibited. He was arrested after a motor vehicle complaint on Lowell Road about a Toyota “all over the roadway” before reportedly going off the road. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were also called to the scene.

Michael R. Poole, 31, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for willful concealment. He was arrested on a warrant.
