Mass. Man Arrested for Sexual Assault, Child Endangerment: Log

SALEM, NH — Wanner Macario, 20, of Wenstern Avenue in Lynn, MA, was charged at 7:42 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, for operating without a valid license. He was stopped on I-93 and Rockingham Park Boulevard and was released on a summons.

Janette I. Gomez, 32, of Gove Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, by theft by deception, less than $1,000. Also arrested was Merelin Lebron, 49, of Wilson Street in Haverhill, MA, was for theft by deception, less than $1,000. They were arrested at the Christmas Tree Shop on Cluff Crossing Road after a store manager reported a shoplifting incident.

Casey J. King, 27, of Dawn Street in Salem, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2016, on two bench warrants. He was arrested on a warrant and released on $2,350 cash bail.

Anthony Damato, 25, of Allard Street in Exeter, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2106, on two counts of willful concealment, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking-resale distribution, unregistered vehicle, and misuse/fail to display plates. Police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway where a loss prevention employee was reporting that a suspect that hit Kohl’s just fled the store, allegedly with several items. The suspect reportedly fled in a gray Ford Focus. Police later stopped the vehicle on I-93 near Exit 1 southbound and Damato was arrested. He was held on $620 cash bail.

Kaili J. Melanson, 27, of Paris Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested on a warrant and release on a summons.

Francine A. Allen, 51, of Cove Road in Salem, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2016, for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions. She was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony Mitchell, 27, of South Main Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on Dec. 15, 2016, for theft by deception, less than $1,000, and a bench warrant. He was arrested at Home Depot on South Broadway after an alleged shoplifting incident.

Brandon Pomerleau, 27, of Blanchard Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Home Depot after a loss prevention employee reported a shoplifting incident allegedly involving the theft of $130 worth of items.

An overdose was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, on Lancelot Court involving a woman who was later transported to Parkland Medical Center.

Leo R. Routhier, 51, of Inman Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:07 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arrested on a warrant.
