Mass. Man Charged with Identity Theft, Forgery: Log
Salem Police: Man arrested on numerous charges after allegedly assaulting a relative; a report of screaming leads to charges for man, woman.

SALEM, NH - Carlos E. Tejeda, 22, of Jackson Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2016, for identity fraud, theft by deception (under $1,000), and forgery. He was arrested on a warrant and held on $5,000 cash bail.

Brian J. Bibeau, 24, of Brian Avenue in Derry, was arrested 12:48 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2016, for misuse/failure to display plate. He was arrested on a warrant and is due in court on Feb. 29.

Shane S. Morin, 45, of Shore Drive in Salem, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime. He was arrested by Rockingham County Sheriffs on Salem warrants.
Jeffrey R. Keenan, 53 of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and protective custody. Police were sent to the address for a report of a man who was assaulted by a relative and needed medical attention. Keenan allegedly refused to come out and police attempted to contact him but got no answer, according to a report. Police then arrested Keenan while the victim was transported to the hospital by Salem Fire and Rescue teams.

Rachel Mold, 20, of Memorial Drive in Salem, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, on two counts of simple assault and unlawful possession of alcohol. Also arrested was Thomas J. Olsen III, 24, of Liberty Street in Salem, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Liberty Street for a report of a yelling and screaming from inside a home. After police arrived, they arrested Mold, she refused bail, and was transported to Brentwood. Olsen was also arrested and released on personal recognizance bail.
