Mass. Men Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Court Roundup
Newmarket man accused of robbery, child sex abuse image charges; Manchester teen indicted on deadly weapon charge; stolen car indictment.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Joshua R. Raineri, 27, of Kenoza Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a motorcycle and driving it while drunk or under the influence of drugs in Kingston on July 17, 2021.
Franklin Rodriguez, 19, of Sewall Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed, in excess of 100 mph, while swerving in front of a tractor-trailer, on Aug. 26, 2021, in Londonderry.

Richard Russell, 33, of Windham Road in Derry on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 5, 2021, in Derry.
Danielle Sarno, 50, of Island Avenue in Kittery, Maine, on three felony possession of controlled drug charges (oxycodone, fentanyl, and methamphetamine) on April 2, 2021, in Greenland.

Curtis M. Smith, 33, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing a glass pipe behind a mat in order to impair an investigation on Jan. 13, 2020, in Portsmouth.
Rafael Baez, 36, of Prospect Street in Lawrence, MA, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell and seven sale of controlled drug-fentanyl charges. The charges stem from incidents in Salem on March 22, March 26, March 31, April 8, April 19, May 25, June 1, and June 3, 2021.
Mitchel E. Boivin, 39, of Bedard Avenue in Derry on a simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charge. He was accused of grabbing another person’s genitals on Dec. 19, 2020, in Raymond and was motivated to commit the crime because of hostility toward the victim’s gender identity.
Terri A. Bryce, 38, of Whitehouse Road in Rochester on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 5, 2021, in Newington.
Miguel Angel Canario, 24, of Alboion Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of working in concert with Wilfredo E. Santiago of fracturing another person’s face on June 26, 2021, in Hampton.
David Eduardo Castillo-Tavarez, 43, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, on a possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense charge as well as sale of fentanyl and sale of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on Aug. 4, 2021, in Salem.
Ryan P. Cooper, 30, of Watson Hill Road in Raymond on two receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2015 Lexus owned by another person as well as tools and other property and abandoning the vehicle on Green Road in Raymond on Aug. 2, 2021.
Sequoyah Couture, 24, of North Main Street in Newmarket on a single robbery count and four possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. The image charges were from April 1, 2020, in Newton. In the robbery case, he was accused of stealing money and property from a victim while threatening them with baseball bats — while being aided by or in concert with Audrey Wood, Rose Smart, and Drew Magazzu, according to the indictment.
