Mass. Residents Arrested On Willful Concealment Charges: Salem Cop Log

Plus: Sex offender accused of registration violation; Salem man arrested on stalking charge; domestic violence warrant arrest.

SALEM, NH — Nicole Joy Smith, 46, of Hampshire Drive in Nashua, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2025, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane for a report of a woman claiming to be assaulted and a man saying the woman would not let him leave. After investigating the incident, police found no grounds for an assault charge, but the woman had an electronic bench warrant. She was released on personal recognizance and taken back to the inn.

Justin Wilbur Nobrega, 29, of Summer Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. on Feb. 19 on willful concealment-$1,501-plus and willful concealment-$1,000 to $1,500 charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Dorjan Dobrozi, 38, of Mary Ann Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was arrested on a warrant, was held without bail, and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Rudy Antonio Disla De Los Santos, 32, of Foundation Mist Drive in Tampa, Florida, received a summons at 12:14 a.m. on Feb. 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Police were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane for a report of a suspicious vehicle. After a consent search, the driver was charged.

Hector Manuel Alicia Gonzalez, 45, of Oakland Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested on a willful concealment charge at 11:44 p.m. on Feb. 13. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Deante Nathaniel Raymond, 20, of London Court in Merrimack, received a summons at 7:26 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle violation after a motor vehicle stop on South Policy Street.

Christopher George Ayles, 52, of Town Farm Road in Salem, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a sex offender; failure to comply-knowingly-subsequent and breach of bail charges. He was arrested at Petco on Cluff Crossing Road and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Ryan A. Desroche, 38, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a stalking charge. A caller on Cluff Crossing Road reported to police a violation of a restraining order. The suspect came to police headquarters to be interviewed, was arrested, and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Timothy P. Ford, 50, of Penwood Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:47 a.m. on Feb. 13 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges. Police stopped a vehicle at Red Roof Lane and South Policy Street and the driver was arrested. He was released on personal recognizance.

A 17-year-old was given a summons at 7:18 p.m. on Feb. 12 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway.

Lindsay Louise Consoli, 37, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested on a warrant and given a court date.

Jose Joaquin Gomez Vicente, 30, of Bradford Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on Feb. 12 on receiving stolen property-$1,001 to $1,500 and willful concealment-$1,000 to $1,500 charges. He was arrested on a warrant at Salem District Court and released on personal recognizance.
