Massachusetts Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Court Docs
Derry man indicted on child sexual abuse images charges; elderly Windham man indicted on crash charges; numerous theft indictments in Salem.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Leonard J. Thomas, 83, of Tokanel Road in Windham on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to yield and causing another vehicle to take evasive action and leaving the scene of a crash on July 31, 2021, in Windham.
Dale A. Twardosky, 35, of Whitney Street in Nashua on two forgery and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of withdrawing more than $1,500 worth of cash and uttering two checks from William Dunn Landscaping and Contracting in Salem on Nov. 13, 2020.

Pedro E. Vega, 54, of Congress Street in Amesbury, Massachusetts, on five theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing champagne from Market Basket in Salem on April 5, May 26, June 16, and June 23, 2021, and six bottles of wine, sirloin tips, bananas, and other items from Market Basket in Salem on June 30, 2021.
Jessica Marie Webster, 35, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was accused of stealing clothing, furnishings, and household items from a home in Derry on April 25, 2021.

Robert J. Williams, 36, of Arcadia Park in Boston, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of power tools from Home Depot in Salem on March 17, 2019.
Christian Francis Gerlach, 49, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a 2004 Damon Ultrasport RV in Candia on Aug. 31, 2021.
Erik H. Gil, 41, of Summit Avenue in Derry on a single count of distribution of child sexual abuse images and six possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies on May 2, 2021, in Derry.
Luke A. Grosskreutz, 37, a homeless man now located in Auburn, on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving after being certified as a habitual offender on Bypass 28 in Derry on Oct. 18, 2021.
Tyler Hartt, 26, of Highland Street in Amesbury, MA, on seven aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting and fondling a boy between Aug. 25, 2014, and Oct. 1, 2017, in East Kingston.
Charles Andrew Hill, 49, of Spring Street in Nashua on a felony attempt-falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of smashing a hidden camera found by another person in a bathroom to impair an investigation in Exeter on June 14, 2021.
Katherine Hoyt, 50, of Pemigewasset Circle in Derry on a felony conduct after accident charge. She was accused of failing to stop at the scene of an accident with injury on Nov. 15, 2020, in Derry.
Scott Daniel Jemiolo, 42, of Packer’s Falls Road in Newmarket on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of opening a bank account at Kennebunk Savings Bank in Newmarket with a counterfeit check while withdrawing more than $1,500 from the account on June 29, 2020.
