Litchfield Woman Indicted On Meth, Evidence Charges: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Darcy Rose Brewer, 47, of Mill Street in Epping on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in Seabrook on Nov. 5, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Matthew R. Brown, 31, of North Road in Brentwood on two simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charges. He was accused of punching a correctional officer twice inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Dec. 14, 2023.

Cassilyn S. Burton, 36, of Horseshoe Drive in Litchfield on possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of pouring out the contents of a bottle of beer and hiding it under the driver’s seat in Londonderry on Oct. 13, 2023.

Nicholas David Godbout, 35, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies, on Aug. 24, 2023, in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Carlo Joseph Grifone III, 34, of Front Street in Exeter on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 29, 2023, in Newington.

Shane Fahey, 20, of Dearborn Brook Circle in Exeter on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of kicking a vehicle in Hampton on July 12, 2023, and causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Catiana Fernandes, 25, of Geneva Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on a felony conspiracy to commit identity fraud charge. She was accused of agreeing with Riley Moen to establish credit accounts at a Verizon Wireless store in Londonderry with false licenses on May 24, 2019, according to the indictment.

Frank Peter Fowler, 54, of Lexington Court in Merrimack on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a gun inside an apartment on Artisan Drive in Salem on Oct. 13, 2023, causing a danger to others.

Damian Morillo Francisco, 26, of Avalon Drive in Wilmington, MA, on felony receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of stealing a box with an iPad inside from a porch in Newington on March 30, 2023.

Anthony Ethan Franks, 19, of Shady Lane in Newmarket on burglary and criminal threatening charges. He was accused of burglarizing a garage on Bay Road in Newmarket and threatening another person with a metal pipe over his head on Aug. 26, 2023.

Raymond AJ Garland Jr., 32, of Lander Street in Lynn, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies, as well as operating without a valid license and disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of stealing items from Target in Salem on June 19, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges. Garland was also accused of driving on Rockingham Park Boulevard in Salem without a license and refusing to stop for police.
