Lowell Man Accused Of Shooting At Chester Home 27 Times: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Logan James Goodwin, 22, of Davis Boulevard in Rochester on second-degree assault and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of injuring a police officer in Northwood when he drove a motorcycle into a road closure area and a parade on May 29, 2023.

Shane Allen Goss, 46, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing cash from a money box owned by another person in Deerfield on May 25, 2023. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Evan Corey Grasso, 42, of Route 27 in Raymond on two felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. He was accused of possessing a Walter P22 pistol and a Beretta 9 mm APX pistol between Oct. 3 and Oct. 4, 2023, in Raymond. Grasso is a felon due to possession and manufacturing drug convictions from 2000 and 2013 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Carlo Joseph Grifone III, 34, of Front Street in Exeter on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing another person in danger by driving more than 100 mph, passing other vehicles, and making an aggressive U-turn in Epping on July 16, 2023.

Michelle Gronlund, 40, of Windham Depot Road in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of removing a price tag from a purse at Walmart in Derry and concealing items inside on July 28, 2023. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Jordan John Gys, 33, of Wedgemere Drive in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two felony second-degree assault-firearm and bodily injury-extended term, two reckless conduct, and 25 reckless conduct-deadly weapon-extended term charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun into a Chester home 27 times while an elderly man was inside on April 1, 2022. The man was struck twice during the incident.

Ludwig Lubert Haken Jr., 39, of Oak Drive in Londonderry on tampering with witnesses and informants and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a firearm on April 23, 2023. On April 25, 2023, Haken was accused of threatening to have her assaulted by someone else a crowbar if he was arrested.

John Michael Hansen, 40, of Ash Street in Lewiston, Maine, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on May 22, 2022, in Seabrook.

Lori J. Hart, 52, of Goffs Falls Road in Plaistow on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and domestic violence-second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of threatening to stab an intimate partner with a knife on June 30, 2023, in Plaistow.

Michelle J. Hauser, 48, of Shadow Lake Road in Salem on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Salem on June 30, 2023. Twice before, Hauser was convicted on theft charges.

Jean Carlos Diaz Hidalgo, 34, of Broadway in Lawrence, MA, on a felony conspiracy theft by deception charge. He was accused of agreeing with Anderson Jose Polanco Perdomo and Nicole Polanco to draw checks on his closed accounts with Rockland Trust and Service Credit Union to transfer money to a cash app between March 1 and Sept. 30, 2022, in Salem.

Thomas Hobbs, 42, of Juniper Road in Derry on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Londonderry on June 28, 2023.

Dylan Michael Hughes, 23, of School Street in Manchester on possession of cocaine and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, in Londonderry on March 12, 2022.

Shawn Michael Hutchinson, 46, of Cherry Street in Lowell, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check on the account of APR&R LLC for $4,832.90 in Hampton on April 21, 2023.
