Newmarket Man Indicted In Bottle Attack Incident: Court Docs
Bedford man accused of threatening Portsmouth cop; Exeter woman indicted on drug charges; Derry man indicted on a strangulation charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Shawn A. Clough, 53, of Colgate Road in Newmarket on a felony second-degree assault-deadly weapon-domestic violence. He was accused of striking an intimate partner over the head with a glass bottle on Sept. 12, 2021, in Newmarket.
Teagan David Collins, 21, of Quincy Drive in Bedford on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and criminal threatening-extended term of imprisonment charges, both felonies. He was accused of displaying or putting his hand on a handgun and saying to a person, “You don’t even know” and/or “It would only take one shot” or words to that effect and saying to a police officer, “You better hope I don’t get out tonight” and/or “You think your vest matters? It doesn’t” or words to that effect on Oct. 30, 2021, in Portsmouth.

Scott N. Cooper, 27, of Beatrice Street in Danville on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of spanking or hitting a child, causing bodily injury, on March 22, 2018, in Hampton.
Paul E. Cram, 52, of Pine Street in Manchester on driving while certified as a habitual offender and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a stolen vehicle on Danville Road in Kingston on June 29, 2021.

Robert Dalton, 30, of Forest Ridge Road in Derry on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 3, 2021, in Derry.
Keri L. Dekastrozza, 40, of Spring Street in Raymond on attempted possession of meth and attempted possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix charges. She was accused of picking up her keys from a towing company in Raymond on Dec. 12, 2020, that had baggies of drugs attached to them.
Victor Miranda Douglas, 31, of West Broadway in Derry on a felony felon in possession of a firearm charge. He was accused of possessing a FNX 9 mm pistol on Sept. 6, 2021, in Derry. According to the indictment, he was convicted of felony reckless conduct in Rockingham County Superior Court in August 2010.
Felisha A. Dow, 29, of Hilton Avenue in Exeter on a possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix on May 26, 2021, in Exeter.
Wilfred S. Dow, 52, of Charles Street in Farmington on a felony distribution of marijuana charge. He was accused of selling marijuana to a juvenile on Feb. 2, 2021, in Portsmouth.
Patrick J. Farnell, 24, of Pine Isle Derry on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on May 7, 2021, in Derry.
Johnathan Ferraro Brett, 33, of Portland Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and two operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving in Hampstead on July 1, and July 25, 2021. He was also accused of stealing cooper wire from a home on Kimberly Road in Hampstead on July 1.
Nancy Freitas, 50, of Dale Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony reckless conduct charge.
