Newton Man Indicted On 37 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Man indicted on Deerfield child sexual abuse images charges; Lawrence, Lynn thieves indicted on new charges; woman indicted on knife charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Nizette A. Alayon, 38, of Newton Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the Nike Store in Salem on Feb. 28. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges twice before.
Sharelle S. Allen, 38, of Kingsbury Square in Trenton, New Jersey, on theft by deception and three forgery charges. She was accused of passing counterfeit bills at Target in Salem for three transactions on May 11 for $1,097.45.

Patricia Ann Bankel-Dobrozi, 45, of Peggy Lane in Salem on two felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charges. She was accused of driving on Mariana Way in Salem on May 10 and North Policy Street in Salem on May 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Corey Tyler Basiliere, 31, of Liberty Street in Newburyport, MA, on two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon felony charges. He was accused of possessing a Polymer 80 pistol and metallic knuckles in Hampton on July 17, 2023. Basiliere is a felon due to a theft by unauthorized taking conviction in January 2014 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Mikayla M. Bates, 25, of Whittier Road in Tamworth on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Epping on Dec. 14, 2023.
John Bird, 67, with a last known address of Brimstone Circle in Newton on four felonious sexual assault and 33 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling and raping two children in Newton between June 1, 2019, and Feb. 15.
Richard Bosworth, 34, incarcerated at the Rockingham County Jail, on two manufacture of child sexual abuse images and seven possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of creating two videos of a child in Deerfield as well as possessing other videos.
Paul R. Bradford, 40, of Starrett Road in Lynn, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Salem on Dec. 16, 2023. Twice before, he was convicted on theft charges.
Matthew Scott Breslin, 41, of Autumn Way in Seabrook on felony criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges. Jason Leslie Brown, 50, of Henry Law Avenue in Dover on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in North Hampton on March 19 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Shauna Brown, 36, of West Broadway in Derry on domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife, making stabbing motions, on May 31 in Derry.
