Hudson Man Arrested On Stolen Vehicle Charges: Salem Police Log

Derry woman arrested on drug charges; Hampton man faces a theft charge; Mass. woman arrested on assault charge.

SALEM, NH — Tara L. Deroche, 48, of Locke Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2023, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. She was arrested after a detail officer at Chasers on Veterans Memorial Parkway had to deal with a domestic incident. Deroche was released on personal recognizance.

Brett Dylan Middleton, 34, of Kinds Highway in Hampton was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on Nov. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. He was arrested by Derry police, picked up by Salem police, and then released on personal recognizance.

Amanda L. Warren, 36, of South Main Street in Derry was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Nov. 12 on two possession of controlled drug charges. Police were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane for a report of a woman passed out in a room. She was arrested and later, released on personal recognizance.

Ronald Patrick Chirichiello, 54, of Benning Street in Sandown received a summons at 9:29 p.m. on Nov. 11 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.

Andy J. Perez-Castillo, 24, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, received a summons at 8:19 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop at Main Street and North Main Street.

Juan Velazquez, 45, of A Street in Hudson was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on Nov. 11 on receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus and receiving stolen property-two prior convictions counts, both felonies, as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. An officer, at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane, checked a registration on a vehicle and found it was attached to the wrong vehicle — the plate came back stolen out of Manchester while the VIN came back as stolen out of Nashua. Police made contact with people staying at the hotel and one, Velazquez, had an electronic bench warrant and was arrested. He refused bail.

A 16-year-old was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Oct. 27 on a carrying or selling weapons charge and an unlawful possession-intoxication violation. A 17-year-old was also charged with an unlawful possession-intoxication violation. Police were sent to Canobie Lake Park on North Policy Street for a report of two teens who appeared to be under the influence. They were taken to police headquarters and released to their parents.

Patricia Ann Bankel-Dobrozi, 44, of Peggy Lane in Salem was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on Oct. 27 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Walmart on North Broadway Street. She was released on personal recognizance.

A 15-year-old was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Oct. 27 on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and four simple assault charges. Police were sent to Canobie Lake Park for a report of a teen assaulting an actor at the park. She was charged and then released to her parents.

David Michael Boucher, 52, of Orchard Terrace in Salem was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Oct. 27 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus, DUI, and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges. Salem fire and rescue teams, as well as police, were sent to North Policy Street for a report of a man who was not conscious and barely breathing while at the wheel of a truck in the roadway. The driver was conscious but not responding to commands, police said. The man was then placed in an ambulance. Boucher was released on personal recognizance later.

He Wang, 27, of Heard Street in Chelsea, MA, was cited at 6:05 p.m. on Oct. 27 on an operating with an expired license charge and an unregistered vehicle violation after a motor vehicle stop.

Shawn William Somers, 34, of Owl Street in Campton was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on Oct. 27 on three bench warrants. Police were sent to Interstate 93 north at Pelham Road for a report of a man slumped over with beer cans around him. Police met with the man and found he had warrants. He was arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Two 17-year-old girls were arrested at 3:02 p.m. on Oct. 27 on willful concealment charges after an incident at Walmart on North Broadway Street.

Bethany Taylor, 44, of Blen Denin Drive in Salem was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on Oct. 27 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. She was arrested on a warrant.

Michele Acosta, 36, of Independence Drive in Methuen, MA, received a summons at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and an unregistered vehicle violation. She was charged after a motor vehicle stop at Interstate 93 north and Pelham Road.
