NH Manhunt Underway After Pickup Truck Stolen in Mass.
Salem Police are asking for the public's help locating a suspect who allegedly stole a vehicle in Haverhill, MA, and was pursued to Chester.

SALEM, NH — A LoJack ping about a stolen pickup truck in Haverhill, MA, led to a multi-agency pursuit of the vehicle, through Salem and other communities this morning, according to police. Capt. Joel Dolan of the Salem Police Department stated that around 9:30 a.m. on April 12, 2017, officers were told about an alert from LoJack that a 2002 Ford F-350 pickup truck, reportedly stolen from Haverhill, MA, might be on Cluff Road in Salem.
Officers located the vehicle and attempted to pull it over, but it reportedly accelerated and refused to stop, he alleged.
“Officers followed the vehicle and attempted to deploy stop sticks at two separate locations, Veterans Memorial Parkway and the intersection of Bridge and Main (streets),” he stated. “Both attempts were unsuccessful and officers reported the operator drove toward them as they attempted deployment.”
