Ninety-Nine Restaurant in Salem Burglarized: Cops

Investigators: This suspect allegedly took cash boxes from a safe. Do you recognize him?

SALEM, NH — The Salem Police Department is asking for the public’s help with a burglary case at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant on Sunday afternoon, according to a post on Facebook. According to the post, at just after 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2016, a white male suspect entered the restaurant, made his way back to the restaurant’s office, and reportedly used a crowbar to pry open a safe.

He allegedly took two cash boxes – with an unknown amount of money – from the safe and fled the area in a vehicle that was waiting outside for him.
