Numerous Teens Arrested on Shoplifting Charges: Log

Police: Lawrence woman arrested on eight forgery counts, other charges, and Salem, Salisbury women arrested for DUI after accidents.

SALEM, NH — A heroin overdose was reported at 10:29 p.m. on June 3, 2016, on Church Avenue. The 26-year-old man was transported to Parkland Medical Center.

Bryan M. Brunelle, 34, of Thorncliff Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on June 4, 2016, for organized retail crime enterprise and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). Also arrested was Timothy M. Smith, 35, of Willowdale Road in Lowell, MA, was charged with organized retail crime enterprise. They were arrested after allegedly shoplifting items from Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. Brunelle was released on $500 cash bail; Smith refused bail and was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Richard Hardy, 32, of Russell Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on June 4, 2016, on two counts of willful concealment and a warrant by Londonderry Police. He was arrested at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Cluff Crossing Road after an employee at the store called police and alleged that a white man was in the store and had been stealing from the store all week. Hardy was arrested and held, and then transported to Londonderry.

Trina Bell, 50, of Pleasant Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on June 5, 2016, for DUI and DUI over 0.08. She was arrested after her vehicle reportedly struck a utility pole on Main Street.

An overdose was reported at 12:25 a.m. on June 6, 2016, on Bailey Road after a woman was found in a driveway not breathing. She was transported to the hospital.

Stephanie Tosi, 23, of Vic Lin Drive in Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on June 6, 2016, for DUI and possession of a controlled drugs-marijuana/hashish. She was arrested after a three-vehicle accident on South Broadway near the Market Basket. After a field sobriety test, she was arrested.

Brandon M. Gregory, 23, of Grove Street in Dover, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on May 27, 2016, for theft by deception (less than $1,000) and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). He was arrested by the Barrington Police and transported to Strafford County.

Ruby M. Borkman, 69, of Hayward Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on May 27, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road.

Adam D. Money, 27, of Wason Road in Hudson, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on May 27, 2016, for theft by deception (less than $1,000) and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). He was arrested on a warrant.

Two 17-year-old juveniles were arrested on willful concealment charges after an alleged incident at 9:20 p.m. on May 27, 2016, at JCPenny.

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on May 28, 2016, for willful concealment at Kohl’s at Cluff Crossing Road.

Tiffany M. Toro, 18, of Kingston Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on May 28, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at JCPenny.

A 16-year-old and a 14-year-old were arrested at 5:47 p.m. on May 29, 2016, for willful concealment. They were arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Ana I. Antigua, 37, of Tiffany Road in Salem, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on May 30, 2016, for domestic assault-simple assault and simple assault. Also arrested was Rhoderick Andino-Taveras, 23, of Tiffany Road, for domestic assault-simple assault. Police were sent to the home for a report of a domestic disturbance and two were arrested. Andino-Taveras was arrested at $1,000 cash bail.

Inez Elder, 23, of Essex Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on May 30, 2016, on eight counts of forgery, forgery of a government instrument, falsifying physical evidence, and theft by deception (less than $1,000). Also arrested was a 17-year-old juvenile for forgery of a government instrument and theft by deception (less than $1,000). Police were sent to Market Basket on South Broadway were sent to the store to investigate a report of a woman allegedly attempting to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. The employees attempted to delay her but she reportedly fled. Police later caught up with them driving a vehicle with Connecticut plates. They were later arrested and counterfeit bills were also reportedly collected from a trash can at the Market Basket and Target.

Lamar Lindsay, 28, of Middlesex Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on May 30, 2016, for two counts false report to law enforcement, obstruction of government administration, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was arrested after a suspicious person call at the Kmart on South Broadway. When police ran his name, he allegedly attempted to flee the store, according to police.
