Pelham Man Arrested on Burglary Charges – Again: Log

Salem Police: Overdose reported at 7-Eleven, Lawrence man charged with DWI again, and elderly Atkinson woman arrested for shoplifting.

SALEM, NH — John J. Herlihy, 56, of Kirmes Road in Stoneham, MA, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, for theft of lost/mislaid property (less than $1,000). He was arrested on a warrant at headquarters after turning himself in to police.

Kyla L. Minard, 25, of Verchild Street in Quincy, MA, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, on a warrant. She was arrested at the Mall at Rockingham Park and released on $300 cash bail.

Nancy L. Audy, 65, of Island Pond Road in Atkinson, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at JC Penny at the Mall at Rockingham Park and released on a summons.

Officers and EMTs were sent to the 7-Eleven on Main Street for a report of an overdose. A girl was “foaming at the month” and told a passerby that “she was dying.” Police caught up with her at a residence and she was transported to Holy Family.

Eugene F. Makara III, 37, of Westford Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for operating without a valid license and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested on Meredith Road and released on a summons.

Jake G. Todisco, 24, of Fairway Drive in Derry, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after police were sent to Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of two intoxicated individuals. One stated that he had a migraine and declined medical attention. Todisco was arrested on a warrant.

Damon P. Bonnell, 39, of Gladys Street in Pelham, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, on two counts of burglary. He was arrested on a warrant, refused bail, and was held on a probation warrant.

Elvin Santiago, 27, of Buco Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet on Cluff Crossing Road after allegedly attempted to steal a bottle of alcohol.

Richard Kopycinski, 34, of Fourth Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Sears at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Jesse D. Dixon, 37, of Dorchester Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for aggravated DUI (0.16+), DUI (second or third), driving after revocation or suspension, and open container. Police were sent to Chili’s for a report of an intoxicated man leaving the restaurant. The subject allegedly came into the restaurant and ordered a beer. When they realized he was intoxicated, they took it away and offered to get him a cab, according to the report. The man reportedly left and was later stopped at Route 28 near the Ninety-Nine Restaurant.
