Pelham Man Arrested On Crash Charge In Salem: Police Log
Haverhill man faces theft charges; Rochester woman, with priors, arrested on warrants; Laconia man, Andover woman face driving charges.
SALEM, NH — Jennifer Vargas, 42, of Bartlett Street in Manchester, was arrested on a warrant at 5:26 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2022. CVS told police they had a woman in the store who was stating that someone else picked up her narcotics, according to police. The woman was then arrested on a warrant.
Reynaldo Antonio Dejesusreyes, 52, of Arch Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, received a summons at 2:25 p.m. on Jan. 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension-second offense charge after an incident on Interstate 93 north and Exit 1.
Jay Stephen Tropea, 57, of Dogwood Circle in Pelham was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Jan. 31 on a conduct after an accident charge. He was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant.

Matthew Beal, 22, of Spring Street in Laconia was arrested at 12:26 p.m. on Jan. 31 on a driving after revocation or suspension-second offense charge after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.
Ezra Vincent Carte Jr., 38, of Cluff Road in Salem was arrested at 9:03 a.m. on Jan. 31 on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Cluff Road.

Meghan Lynn Whitten, 32, of Moose Lane in Rochester was arrested on a warrant at 9:35 a.m. on Jan. 30. An officer at Salem District Court took Whitten into custody on an electronic bench warrant and a Strafford County warrant.
Adriana Hipson, 41, of North Broadway in Salem was cited at 7:55 a.m. on Jan. 30 on an operating without a valid license charge after an accident on North Broadway Street.
Dennis W. Marr, 55, of Davenport Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Jan. 24 on receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, and willful concealment charges. Also, a 55-year-old woman from Milford was taken into protective custody due to intoxication. Home Depot called the police suspecting items taken from the store may not have been paid for. Marr was arrested later while walking on South Broadway Street.
Anna Francis Marcy, 25, of North Main Street in Andover, MA, received a summons at 1:06 a.m. on Jan. 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on South Broadway Street.
