Peterborough Teen Indicted On Londonderry Assault, Other Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: New York woman indicted on Newington forgery charges; Fremont man indicted on domestic violence charges; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Layla Ashley Battle, 20, of Snediker Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of uttering a passport with another person’s information to obtain a checking account on July 16 in Newington.

Katrina Belanger, 41, of Summer Street in Rochester, on a felony possession of methamphetamine and-or fentanyl and-or cocaine charges on June 25 in Epping.

Austin James Bijeol, 25, of Frost Lane in Fremont, on a felony count of falsifying physical evidence as well as three counts of domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of punching an intimate partner in the face twice and dragging her from a bed by the ankle on June 23 in Fremont. Bijeol was also accused of deleting a video from the victim’s phone on June 23.

Stacey J. Falcucci, 37, of Trustman Terrace in Boston, Massachusetts, on felony possession of crack cocaine charge and deal-possess prescription drugs charges on June 30 in Salem.

Jessica Kay Finch, 37, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, on a possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges on March 27 in Brentwood.

William Bruce Frazier Jr., 39, of Washburn Street in Caribou, Maine, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges on Nov. 1, 2023, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, Frazier has been convicted on prior offenses.

Cynthia R. Gannon, 55, of Washington Street in Seabrook, on conspiracy to commit possession of crack cocaine committed while on release and attempted possession of crack cocaine while on release charges, both felonies, on March 1 in Seabrook.

Olyvia Nyri Gilchrist, 19, of Main Street in Peterborough, on criminal mischief, two felony counts of second-degree assault, and three simple assault charges. She was accused of cutting and bruising another woman’s face by repeatedly kicking or stomping on their head after throwing them to the ground, stomping on her head three times, striking them in the head or face with her hand three times, pulling her hair and pulling her to the ground, and smashing a computer monitor at a McDonald’s Restaurant in Londonderry on March 15.
