Exeter Man Indicted On Hampton Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Seabrook woman with priors arrested on another theft charge; Meredith man indicted on Windham drug dealing charges; Salem theft indictment.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jacqueline Sue Bayard, 50, of Bodwell Street in Manchester on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of attempting to steal items from Market Basket on Oct. 19, 2023, in Londonderry.

Arianna M. Beaulieu, 28, of Weare Road in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing cash from another person’s vehicle in Seabrook on July 14, 2023. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges.

Christopher Scott Bellemare, 27, of Judith Lane in Derry on a felony possession of fentanyl charges on Oct. 17, 2023, in Derry.

William H. Bergeron Jr., 30, of Linden Fields in Exeter on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting an intimate partner with an object on Oct. 15, 2023, in Hampton.

Kyra Jade Blais, 26, of Gould Road of Ware, Massachusetts, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of aiding Stephen Pease in stealing items from Home Depot, by driving Pease to and from the store on Aug. 11, 2023, in Salem, according to the indictment.

John Paul Boisvert, 46, of True Road in Meredith on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges, fentanyl and cocaine, in Windham on June 6, 2023.

Melissa Ann Boucher, 35, of Myrtle Street in Manchester on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge on Oct. 16, 2023, on Interstate 93 in Londonderry after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jesse James Galvin, 41, of Mechanic Street in North Conway on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 29, 2022, in Portsmouth. Previously, he has been convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Stephen M. Galvin aka Steve Galvin, 42, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Island Pond Road in Derry on Sept. 9, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Cynthia R. Gannon, 54, of Washington Street in Seabrook on four felony possession of a controlled drug charges, fentanyl, pregabalin, oxycodone, and crack cocaine, in Epping on July 28, 2023.

Ryan Charles Garrison, 34, of Old Turnpike Road in Northwood on possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and two delivery of articles prohibited charges, all felonies, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Aug. 25, 2023.
