Salem Car Dealer Employee Faces DWI Charge After Crash: Cop Log

Plus, a local man charged with theft while another was charged with domestic violence. A Malden man was arrested on warrant out of Nashua.

SALEM, NH — Jesus E. Martinez, 37, of Hampshire Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on March 1, 2018, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant.

Jody Y. Towne, 41, of Cranwell Drive in Manchester, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on March 1, 2018, for reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and breach of bail after being arrested on a warrant.

Matthew Nowell, 32, of Bluff Street in Salem, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 28, 2018, for theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000. He was arrested on a warrant.

Deandray A. Buckley, 26, of Meadows Court in Belleville, MI, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, for identity fraud, theft by deception – $1,501+, and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident at Citizens Bank on South Broadway.

Michael H. Chiarenza, 51, of Morningside Court in Salem, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2018, for domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant.

Jason P. Piracini, 35, of Ashland Place in Malden, MA, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Feb. 27, 2018, on a warrant. Police were sent to the Lowes on South Broadway for a report of suspicious persons on the property. A check of one – Piracini – found an active warrant out of Nashua.

Thomas J. Ross, 42, of Carriage Lane in Salem, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2018, for DUI. Police were sent to NH Select Truck & Auto on Main Street for an accident. A caller reported that he was trading in his vehicle when an employee allegedly took it for a test drive and crash the vehicle into another vehicle in the parking lot. The caller alleged that the driver was intoxicated. Police and investigation and arrested Ross.
