Salem Man Arrested On Gun Threat, Reckless Conduct, And Assault Charges: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Rene J. Dumont, 56, of Central Street in Salem was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on June 28, 2023, on a violation of a protective order charge. Dumont was arrested on a warrant after a motor vehicle stop at Rite Aid on South Broadway Street.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on June 28 was arrested on a resisting arrest or detention charge as well as a possess-use tobacco product by a minor violation. He was arrested after police were sent to Butler Street for a domestic incident.

Patrick Dudley, 51, of Valeska Lane in Salem was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on June 28 on criminal threatening-conduct with a firearm, domestic violence-reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were called to the address for a report of a man “waving a gun around the house.” Police spoke to the man inside a garage and arrested him.

Robert T. Onessimo II, 44, of Twinbrook Avenue in Salem was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on June 28 on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested after an incident at Target on South Broadway.

Jason G. Roddy, 34, of Schuyler Street in Manchester was arrested at 4:59 p.m. on June 28 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges and an operating without a valid license violation. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Road.

Rosario Michael Kenney, 19, of Forest Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, was cited at 1:13 a.m. on June 28 for an unlawful possession-intoxication violation after a report of a suspicious person, on a scooter, in the middle of Route 28, in the area of the Taco Bell on South Broadway Street.

David E. Kivikoski, 61, of Horseshoe Road in Windham was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on June 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at the park and ride on Raymond Avenue.

Danielle M. Patterson, 36, of Lafayette Road in Hampton was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on June 22 on a simple assault charge. Also arrested was Jenny-Gal Stanley, 19, of Lafayette Road in Hampton on a disorderly conduct charge. They were arrested by Hampton police on Salem warrants.

Jean Carlos Diaz Hidalgo, 33, of Broadway in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:26 p.m. on June 22 on a felony theft by deception-$1,501+ charge. He was arrested on a Salem warrant.

Christopher Matthew McCann, 45, of South Street in Shrewsbury, MA, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant at 10:27 a.m. on June 22. He was arrested at Salem District Court on a warrant.

Kyan Zacarias Perez, 19, of Summer Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on June 22 on a bench warrant and a bail jumping charge. He was picked up at the Middleton Jail on the Salem warrant and taken to jail. At 10:58 a.m. on June 22, he was arrested again on a bail jumping charge and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Matthew D. Williams, 32, of Lancelot Court in Salem on a bench warrant, bail jumping, and breach of bail charges. They were arrested on Lancelot Court on warrants.
