Salem Man Denies Assault of Teen in Mass.
The former Tewksbury resident said he did yank a cigarette from the boy's mouth, but said he is innocent of the charges, the Lowell Sun reports.
A Salem man has denied charges of assault and battery against a 14-year-old boy last month in Tewksbury, Mass., Tewksbury Patch and the Lowell Sun report.
Jack Trovato, 36, entered a not guilty plea, according to the Lowell Sun. Trovato is a former resident of Tewksbury.
