Salem Man Faces on Indecent Exposure Charges: Indictments

Plus, Massachusetts, Londonderry residents indicted on drug charges and Candia and Derry residents face second-degree assault charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted by the Rockingham County Superior Court.

Lara Marden, 34, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for second-degree assault-domestic violence, a felony, as well as three counts of domestic violence. On Oct. 9, 2015, in Derry, she allegedly grabbed and wrapped her arms around a man’s leg and caused a fracture, struck him in the face, and blocked the man, an intimate partner, from leaving her apartment.

Jonathan Martin, 33, of Fairview Heights in Clarksburg, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, on Aug. 19, 2016, for allegedly stealing digital scanners from Radio Shack in Stratham. Martin was convicted twice of theft in the past, according to the indictment.

Paul Martin, 30, of Crittle Hill Road in Candia, for second-degree assault, a felony, and two counts of simple assault, for allegedly kicked and kneed a man in the face causing broken teeth on June 26, 2016, in Raymond.

Karalyn Martino, 20, of Hardy Road in Londonderry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-hash oil, more than 5 grams, with intent to sell, allegedly on May 25, 2016, in Hampton.

Michael Maynard, 23, pictured right, of Sally Sweet’s Way in Salem, for two felony counts of indecent exposure and lewdness. On Aug. 12, 2016, he allegedly exposed himself as he sat in his vehicle in a drive-thru lane at the Dunkin’ Donuts and the Circle K store, both located on North Broadway in Salem. Maynard was previously convicted of indecent exposure in lewdness in Hillsborough District Court in March 2016.

Cameron McDonald, 26, of Danville Road in Kingston, for felony driving after certification as an habitual offender, allegedly driving on Route 125 in Brentwood on March 17, 2016.

Andrea McHugh, 34, pictured left, of West Street in Georgetown, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on July 26, 2016, in Salem.

Robert McQuaid, 30, of Martin Street in Derry, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-hydromorphone, heroin, allegedly on June 26, 2015, in Derry. He has previously been convicted in the past, according to the indictment.

Eric Michaud, 27, of Carleton Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, and driving after revocation or suspension, allegedly on Lafayette Road in Hampton on Aug. 2, 2016.

Michael Michel, 38, of Joanne Drive in Plaistow, for felony accomplice title fraud. He allegedly acted as an accomplice of Elenizete Costa in 2013, in Hampstead, giving her his dealer license number when she was a dealer at Hot Wheels Auto Sales, according to the indictment.
