Salem Police Log: Elderly Man Arrested for Pulling Woman's Hair
Plus, overdose leads to DUI charge, shoplifter arrested at Sears.

Edward Cofresi, 23, of Tenney Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. on Aug. 10, on a bench warrant.
Rachel E. Love, 22, of Mildred Avenue in Raymond, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2015, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She turned herself in to police.
Darryl A. Rodger, 54, of Mountain Village Road in Windham, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on Aug. 10, on two counts of disorderly conduct and reckless conduct. He was charged after police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway for a soliciting complaint and obstructing the flow of traffic. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

Mikaela E. Rowell, 20, of Griffin Street in Derry, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Aug. 10, for willful concealment at the Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

John J. Williams, 84, of North Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on Aug. 12, and charged with simple assault-domestic violence. Officers were sent to the Citizens Bank on South Broadway for a report of an elderly man “hitting a female and pulling her hair.” EMTs were sent to the scene and Williams was arrested.
Alicia J. Alexander, 28, of Braemoor Woods Road in Salem, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Aug. 12, for DUI-impairment. Officers and fire and rescue teams were called to the intersection of Shadow Lake Road and Harris Road for a report of a subject slumped over in a vehicle. Alexander allegedly had overdoses and EMTs revived her and she was arrested.
