Salem, Providence Residents Arrested on Forgery Charges: Log

Police: OD reported on Crescent Street, a Lowell woman was arrested on theft charges, and a Nashua man was arrested for willful concealment.

SALEM, NH – An overdose was reported at 9:52 a.m. on June 2, 2016, on Crescent Street and the subject was voluntary transported to the hospital.

David M. Santiago, 43, of MacLarnon Road in Salem, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on June 2, 2016, on a warrant for unsworn falsification. He was released on a summons.

Hoang M. Le, 49, of Gabson Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on June 2, 2016, for willful concealment after an incident on Kmart on South Broadway. He refused bail.

Theresa M. Collupy, 36, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on June 2, 2016, on two charges of forgery of a government instrument. She turned herself in on a warrant and refused bail.

Juliet P. Gomez, 21, of Fulton Street in Lowell, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. on May 31, 2016, on four counts of issuing bad checks ($0 to $1,000) and theft by deception ($0 to $1,000). She was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua A. Foresta, 29, of Teton Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on May 26, 2016, on a breach of bail charge.

Alan W. Dewhirst, 31, of Pleasant Street in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 5:49 a.m. on May 27, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was held on $5,000 cash bail and transported to the Rockingham County Jail.

Luis Martinez, 51, of Chandler Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on May 24, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road.

Joshua L. Waterhouse, 29, of Harris Road in Nashua, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on May 19, 2016, for willful concealment and three counts of breach of bail. He was arrested at Lowes on South Broadway. He refused bail and was transported to the Rockingham County Jail.

Anayimi I. Ayeni, 20, of Gordon Avenue in Providence, RI, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on May 18, 2016, for two counts of theft by deception ($0 to $1,000) and two counts of forgery of government instrument. Ayeni refused bail and was transported to jail.
