Alleged Knife Wielding Teen Arrested on Numerous Charges: Log

Salem Police: Alleged Londonderry stalker arrested, Hudson woman charged with DUI, and Mass. residents arrested for shoplifting.

SALEM, NH - Omar A. Rodriguez, 30, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Hollister on Rockingham Park Boulevard and held on $250 cash bail.

Ethan D. Marquis, 24, of McQueston Drive in Auburn, was taken into protective custody-drugs at 8:16 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2016, at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Joshua Foresta, 28, of Teton Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2016, for domestic violence-stalking, subsequent, and breach of bail. He was arrested at the LaQuinta Inn on Keewaydin Drive after a traffic stop.

Two 13-year-old juveniles were arrested at 4:44 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2016, for willful concealment at Macy’s on Mall Road.

Wayne M. Cormier Jr., 36, of Lake Street in Salem, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2016, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to a report of a fight at the Veterans of Foreign Wars on North Broadway between a son and his mother’s boyfriend. None of the parties wanted to pursue the matter, according to the report, but Cormier had an active warrant out of Rockingham County and was arrested and sent to the county jail.

Vincent W. St. Jean, 45, of Henry Taylor Street in Salem, was taken into protective custody at 12:54 a.m. on Feb. 29, 2016. Police were sent to the home after a resident alleged that St. Jean was intoxicated and trying to provoke her husband into a fight and would like him removed. Police took him to the Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Jose L. Hilario, 41, of Wells Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Feb. 29, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Linda Galvao, 54, of Robinson Road in Hudson, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Feb. 29, 2016, for DUI-impairment and open container. Police were sent to the area of North Policy Street and St. Mary’s Lane for a report of a vehicle in the area that had been driving by and hanging around in the neighborhood for hours, according to a report. “It has been driving by houses slowly,” the caller alleged. The driver, Galvao, was arrested.

Shane P. Delandy, 24, of Azarian Road in Salem, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on March 1, 2016, on two bench warrants. He turned himself in and was held on $500 cash bail.

Yeraida J. Pina, 20, of Broadway in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on March 1, 2016, for willful concealment. Also arrested was a 14-year-old. They were arrested on Macy’s.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on March 1, 2016, for criminal threatening against a person with a deadly weapon, domestic violence-reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief. A caller from Royal Circle alleged that there was a teen with a knife that was out of control and making threats, according to a report. Police arrived and took the teen in to custody. He was later transported to Parkland Medical Center.
