Salem Teen Arrested on Burglary, Vandalism Charges: Log

Police: A juvenile was charged with domestic violence charge, Mass. residents were arrested for shoplifting, Auburn woman swallowed drugs.

SALEM, NH — A 12-year-old juvenile was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. The child was arrested at police headquarters.

Dawn M. Quinn, 33, of South Street in Tewksbury, MA, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2016, for willful concealment and two warrants from an outside agency. Also arrested was Kerri Ward, 37, of Verbena Road in Billerica, MA, for willful concealment. They were arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident – makeup and Victoria Secret items – at JCPenney at the Mall at Rockingham Park after an employee captured one perp while another made it to her SUV in the parking lot. Quinn was held without bail.

Tanya A. Daly, 28, of Chester Road in Auburn, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for willful concealment, resisting arrest or detention, and falsifying physical evidence after an alleged shoplifting incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the store for a report of a woman allegedly possibly swallowing drugs, according to a report. An employee realized that the woman was allegedly shoplifting and chased her out of the store. She was stopped on Route 28 and transported to the hospital. Daly refused bail and was held.

Michael C. Pearl, 31, of Fletcher Street in Kennebunk, ME, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2016, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police were sent to the La Quinta Inn on Keewaydin Drive for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot three separate times during the day. Pearl was later arrested and held.

Marlon O. Miranda, 26, and Ageisa Moscat, 24, both of Tiffany Road in Salem, were arrested at 3:46 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. They were arrested after police were sent to the home for a domestic dispute with a woman claiming that her boyfriend pulled her hair while she was trying to leave with her children. After investigating the incident, they were both arrested.

Elissa Card, 19, of Hunter’s Run Road in Salem, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2016, for burglary and criminal mischief. She was arrested on a warrant.

Edward C. Mahon, 54, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2016, for DUI-impairment and operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He was arrested on Geremonty after dispatch received reports that the vehicle was “all over the road” near Lawrence and Main streets.
