Salem Teen Arrested for Stalking: LOG

SALEM, NH - Ashley Hurteau, 31, of Dover Point Road in Dover, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2015, for willful concealment after an incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

Fernando G. Mireles, 39, of Maple Street in Manchester, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension at 10:24 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2015. He was arrested outside of Puppy Place on South Broadway and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

Ashley A. Morley, 27, of Esmond Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, and charged with DUI-impairment, driving after revocation or suspension, two counts of disobeying an officer, false report to law enforcement, highway markings unbroken line violation, and “hands free” violation. An officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a possible drunk driving going about 20 mph. The vehicle was stopped at North Main and Emerson Way and Morley was arrested. Methuen Police made contact with a member of her family to come and pick her up, according to the report.

Austin J. Laliberty, 19, of North Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, for domestic violence-stalking. He was arrested at police headquarters and released on personal recognizance bail.

Justin T. Murphy, 28, of Gorham Street in Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, for willful concealment. He was arrested at JC Penny on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Justin J. Kane, 27, of North Main Street in Salem, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, for arson, reckless conduct-domestic violence, criminal mischief, and four counts of reckless conduct after an incident on North Main Street.

Jason Dumont, 36, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, and charged with simple assault and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams). Also arrested was Teresa Cardone, 63, of South Policy Street in Salem, for simple assault. Police were called to Muse’s Trailer Park for a report of a man and three other adults involved in a verbal dispute. After speaking with all involved, Cardone and Dumont were arrested. One was held in protective custody.

David J. Minnon, 36, of Hoyt Street in Salem, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, for domestic violence-simple assault, possession of a controlled drug (narcotic, less than one once), and domestic violence-criminal threatening. Police were sent to a domestic disturbance where a caller alleged that Minnon had been “drinking and taking pills.” A woman and child later left the home to speak to police and officers arrested Minnon.
