Salem Teens Face Alcohol Charges: Police Log

SALEM, NH — Shane Fossiano, 18, of Brook Road in Salem, and Trajen Justice Crudden, 19, of Spring Street in Salem, were both charged with unlawful possession/intoxication charges on Sept. 16, 2019. At around 8:21 p.m., officers were sent to Lancelot Court for a report of a group of kids on the picnic tables being loud. After investigating the scene, two were taken into custody and later, released on summonses.

Derek Thomas Hughes, 26, of Broadway in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. on a bench warrant and a bail jumping charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.

4:33 p.m. on Sept. 16: A crash was reported on North Broadway between a truck and an SUV.

3:09 p.m. on Sept. 16: A theft by a contractor was investigated on North Main Street.

2:14 p.m. on Sept. 16: A 2017 Lexus was repoed on Teague Drive.

10:27 a.m. on Sept. 16: A woman reported minor damage to her vehicle parked on North Policy Street.

10:23 a.m. on Sept. 16: A woman reported a restraining order violation to police.

9 a.m. on Sept. 16: A Stiles Road business filed a harassment complaint.

7:01 a.m. on Sept. 16: Police in Methuen requested assistance with a possible impaired driver on South Broadway.
