Salem Town Tradition: Canobie Lake Park
In 2023, the historic amusement park will be celebrating 121 years in business. It's slated for a May opening.

SALEM, NH — A town tradition in Salem will open in late spring and celebrate 121 years of operation.
Canobie Lake Park officially opens for the 2023 season from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on May 20. The park was recently named one of the Top 10 amusement parks in the nation.
The park features 85 rides and attractions, a water slide, many games, and food.

While specific events and information have not been released yet, 2023 season passes are on sale now. They range in cost from $159 to $229.
Last year, ACE New England reported the NebulaZ ride was coming to the park. The Corkscrew ride was donated to a museum in Texas.

In the past, it has also hosted a food truck festival.
